Your idea can change the world! We will help you with that.
We believe in the potential of young people, who can make a difference for the benefit of the community in which they live. We build the story on the assumption based on experience, that the vast majority of young people want to have a positive impact on society and have the talent and energy to do so. We believe in the entrepreneurial process as an ideal means for young people to unleash their potential. Developing a social endeavor helps young people connect with their aspirations for a better society and their creative talent. We do this by organizing events, workshops to raise awareness of social entrepreneurship, providing knowledge that leads from vague intentions to successful businesses, providing access to communities and promoting the best teams.
The Social Impact Award is not just a competition - it's much more than that! We create education and incubation programs to support social entrepreneurs in the early stages of development and implementation of innovative business solutions for the most important social challenges of our time. We do this by providing the necessary mentoring support to selected teams to work on the development of their idea, and by organizing SIA weekends in different cities of Montenegro, as well as SIA caravans, we will promote programs and workshops on social entrepreneurship so that they are available to all young people. We provide young people with the information they need to start a social enterprise.
The members of the jury will select 3 winning teams that will receive 1,500 euros and mentoring support, and by voting in the online community, another team will win mentoring support. Common to all 4 teams will be a trip to Vienna and networking with peers from 19 countries. The international event in November will bring together the winners and national coordinators of the SIA Program across 3 continents, and this event will enable international networking of young people, transfer of experiences and knowledge and develop opportunities for additional support.
